Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 11/2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- dash of pepper
- scallions, sliced
- sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar and pepper together. Add salmon and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until fish flakes with a fork. Top cooked fish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.
